Health and fitness has been a passion of mine since I was 10 years old. I have always enjoyed learning how our bodies work, both in improvement and how to prevent injuries from happening. This passion followed me to college where I played Football and received a degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education. After college, I became a personal trainer and have held this profession for nearly 15 years. My favorite part of it all is learning and then passing that information on to my clients. I believe God has given me talents and a purpose to help others take their right next step in improving themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We all have a next “right step” to take and I can’t wait to help you take yours. I believe that your health is the most important thing you have!
